Future Auto Care was fast, efficient, and communicative! I was able to get an oil change on a Saturday with a last-minute booking, which was super convenient. They also completed a thorough 35-point inspection to make sure my car was running properly and safely on the road. Great service and friendly staff. I’ll definitely be coming back

Future Auto in Fremont is exactly what you hope to find in an auto mechanic shop: honest, transparent, professional, and reliable. They take the time to explain what is going on with your car, clearly outline what needs to be done, and never make you feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. The pricing is fair and clearly communicated, the work is done with care, and the team stands behind the quality of their service. I really appreciate that they are upfront about timelines, parts, and repair options, which makes the whole experience much less stressful. It is hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Future Auto has earned that trust. They treat customers with respect, communicate well, and make sure the job is done right. I highly recommend Future Auto in Fremont to anyone looking for a dependable, honest, and customer-focused mechanic shop.

Sean, the owner took great care of me. My vehicle wouldn't start in a Friday evening. I had AAA tow me to his shop in Newark. When I arrived, he quoted me a reasonable diagnostic and stated that he would diagnose it on Saturday and call me. He was also gracious enough to give me a ride on a Friday, after he got off work, to a nearby hotel. Like clockwork, he called me on Saturday and emailed me the cost out the door for the replacement of my fuel pump. Before 3,pm, Sean called and said my vehicle was done. Thank you and your staff for the supreme service you provided on a Friday evening. You really went out of your way and gave me superior service. I will let everyone know about you.

Bought Groupon for brake pad replacement. Made a 1:30 appointment. They confirmed appointment. 2:30 they went out and took a quick look at my brakes and then came back with the quote for 600. That quote included the brake pad replacement that I already had a Groupon for. $600 is an insane quote for rotor and brake pad replacement, they demanded to replace both rotors even though only one rotor had metal on metal grinding. They also refused to do the brake pad replacement at all because I didn't have money to replace rotors at the time. The groupon was utterly useless and wasted my time, effort and money as it takes 5-10 days for Groupon refunds. The front desk staff acted scammy, foot-in-door jacking, and forcing me to wait for an hour when I made an appointment and they confirmed the appointment schedule via text. Considering they charge $100+ an hour for labor, you figure they'd respect your time enough to not make you wait for an hour, wasting $100 of my time for no reason.

I wouldn’t trust any other mechanic shops. Quality work, unbeatable prices and the most important thing the quick turnaround. I got quoted $300 less for a job by a near by mechanic, then Sean even offered a free inspection.
